Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them by contacting our customer support team.
- Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- In case of a successful cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Returns & Replacements
- Due to the nature of epoxy resin and chemicals, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.
- Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened, used, or partially used epoxy resin and hardener.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or mishandling.
- Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective).
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and confirmation.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original mode of payment.
