TLSC-2 Series is a cost-effective Silicone RTV, recommended for mold making applications. This is a high-viscosity, brushable grade, having good mechanical strength and cures with catalyst at room temperature to a flexible elastomer. This grade is well suited for detailed and exact reproduction of artifacts, figures, architectural items, and similar objects. TLSC-2 Series will reproduce the finest detail of the master and is suitable for a variety of art-related and industrial applications such as mold making for reproducing architectural items, prototypes, furniture, and sculptures.

Silicone based mold release spray designed for injection molding and thermoplastic industry use across plastics, metals, resins and waxes.
Grade 8082 wet mist formula with higher molecular weight silicone delivers higher yield of molded articles per spray, ideal for plastic molding and moulding industries.
Wide temperature range -40°C to 200°C allows use on hot or cold moulds in compression, transfer, die casting, extrusion, vacuum forming and pour casting processes.
Non toxic, colourless, generally odorless and plastic safe, free from chlorinated solvents and Class I & II ozone depleting substances.
Plastic safe, water repellent and weather resistant film also rejuvenates rubber, plastic, synthetic leather and vinyl surfaces by hiding scratches and adding shine.
